I know my painting level is fa from what is usual aroung here, but I think the idea is original enough to share it with you (I hope I am not mistaken in this).
Since he is the leader I "had" to use the pointed finger posture ; Since Pinhead is generally the one invoquing chains to torture people calling cenobites, I interiorized this into the miniature, making chains come out from his belly.
