I know my painting level is fa from what is usual aroung here, but I think the idea is original enough to share it with you (I hope I am not mistaken in this).
Since the siemese twins have a stitch on the belly I sort of chaotised it with dangling guts. The atrophied arm in the middle was not initialy planed, but I think it had a "nice" touch to the character.
